| To
insure an enjoyable trip, please make sure that
everyone in your group is aware of and follows our
polices. |

No illegal drugs are permitted
on board or near the boat. The Jersey Giant is a
zero tolerance vessel. All violations will be reported
to the Coast Guard and the State Police. |

| •
No hard liquor is permitted on
the boat. Moderate beer and wine are acceptable.
The Captain has full authority to state what is
moderate and reserves the right to inspect all bags
at any time. |

| •
Tipping: It is customary to tip
the crew 20%. The crew works very hard to give you
the best fishing experience possible. At the end
of the day, filleting and bagging are included in
the charter price. Your kindness and consideration
regarding tipping is appreciated. |

Deposits: Inshore trips require
a $300.00 deposit. Offshore trips require an $800.
Deposits are due and payable to Sea Charter, Inc.
at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable
for any reason whatsoever. |

| •
Cancellations: The Captain has
full authority to determine cancellation of a booked
trip due to weather, or for reasons beyond our control.
If the trip is canceled by the Captain, an offer
for another trip will be made and the deposit will
be applied to the rescheduled trip. Deposits held
can be applied for up to two years for rescheduling,
otherwise forfeited. |

Travel light: Please do not over
pack. Coolers for fish should be left in your vehicle,
unless specified otherwise by the Captain. Your
food and beverages may be kept in our refrigerators,
and you may bring coolers for further food and beverage
storage. All coolers left on board must be plastic
or fiberglass. Metal coolers will not be allowed. |

Footwear: Boat shoes, sneakers,
or rubber boots will only be permitted. Please do
not wear work boots, or shoes with leather or black
rubber soles. |

All tuna that are sold are a 50/50
split. All Big-Eye Tuna go to the boat. |
